Computer Training Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms:

By enrolling in any program or course offered by PK Cyber Cafe, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PK Cyber Cafe.

Enrollment and Eligibility:

  • Enrollment in PK Cyber Cafe Computer Training programs is open to individuals who meet the specified eligibility criteria.
  • PK Cyber reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual without providing a reason.

Course Content:

  • PK Cyber Cafe will make reasonable efforts to ensure that course content is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content for any particular purpose.
  • Course content, materials, and schedules are subject to change without prior notice.

Intellectual Property Rights:

  • All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, handouts, and software, are the intellectual property of PK Cyber Cafe or its licensors.
  • You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any course materials without prior written consent from PK Cyber Cafe.

Fees and Payments:

  • Course fees for PK Cyber Cafe programs are specified at the time of enrollment.
  • Payment must be made in full or according to the installment plan provided by PK Cyber Cafe.
  • All fees are non-refundable, regardless of the student’s attendance or completion of the program.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • PK Cyber Cafe reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes or programs at its discretion. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to notify enrolled students in advance.
  • PK Cyber Cafe is not liable for any expenses incurred by students as a result of class cancellations or rescheduling.

Student Conduct:

  • Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
  • Any form of disruptive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or cheating, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of enrollment.

Privacy and Data Protection:

  • PK Cyber Cafe is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of its students.
  • By enrolling in our programs, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability:

  • PK Cyber Cafe and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your enrollment in our programs.
  • In no event shall PK Cyber Cafe’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant program.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  Kenya.
  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of  Kenya.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  • PK Cyber Cafe reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes to these terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the PK Cyber Cafe website.

Severability:

  • If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • By enrolling in PK Cyber Cafe Computer Training programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not enroll in our programs.
